Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SetPath Farmington Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SetPath Farmington Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Farmington, NM and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are subject to site inspection and verification. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate information about your property and project requirements. Changes to the project scope after work begins may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property or pursue legal collection action.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable depending on work already completed or materials purchased.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets and children are kept away from the work site during our service. You must also notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure before work begins.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. Projects may be delayed due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the work. We will make every effort to notify you of delays and reschedule as soon as conditions permit.

Permits and Compliance

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your project. We will work with you to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, but ultimate responsibility for permit acquisition rests with the property owner.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
